Related’s Crossroads at Washington Honored by OCBC

Related California is proud to share that The Crossroads at Washington, an 86-unit affordable development for low-income families and Permanent Supportive Housing residents in Santa Ana, was honored by the Orange County Business Council as the best public-private project in 2024. The Crossroads at Washington is a public-private partnership with A Community of Friends, the City of Santa Ana and the County of Orange. More than 750 business and community leaders gathered to celebrate OCBC’s 30th Anniversary and Annual dinner and “Turning Red Tape into Red Carpet” awards.
