The Crossroads at Washington

Congratulations to our Related colleagues on the opening of The Crossroads at Washington, an 86-unit, 100% affordable development, located on 2.29 acres of County and City-owned land in Santa Ana’s historic Logan neighborhood.

The Crossroads at Washington is one of the first affordable developments in the City of Santa Ana to focus specifically on families and special needs households with incomes at or below 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI).The overall design of the development encourages interaction amongst all residents with a mix of units throughout the site. Resident amenities include a swimming pool, tot lot, courtyards, shared laundry, a barbeque pavilion and dog run.

The Crossroads at Washington is a public-private partnership with A Community of Friends (ACOF), the City of Santa Ana, and the County of Orange.
